Bringing projects (which can be from other regions also)
Managing the project
Ensuring profitability as per budget
Timely completion and Quality to ensure good feedback from the client

REQUIREMENTS-
Should have completed Architect/ Interior Designer/ M.Tech (Civil)/ B.Tech (Civil)/ Diploma/ MBA from a recognised college/ university.
Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
Should have relevant Marketing skills.
Should have at least one or two leads from their network in the Branch you want to apply for.
Should know how to Tender and fill BOQs.
